about this knife: B300, black g10 captain (full size) Our “Professional Series” features handles made from glass fiber reinforced resin. This material has the appearance of a modern carbon fiber. We have found that uniformed professionals seem to prefer this series. Harbor Patrols, tugboat crew, Coast Guard... this seems to be their knife. The Pro-grade German Marine stainless that we use is comparable to 440C for hardness and edge-holding properties with additional anti-oxidation elements added for the final crafting of our knives.
